Members of Board sub-committees receive a further $2,500 per annum, while the Chair of Board subcommittees receives $5,000 per annum. The Chairman of the Board receives $70,000 per annum and is an ex-officio member of all Board sub-committees, but receives no additional remuneration for this work. The Managing Director's remuneration is also based on advice obtained from independent, external remuneration consultants and includes a performance payment based on achieving Board-approved key performance indicators linked to the Company's strategic objectives. Superannuation payments are made in accordance with the Superannuation Guarantee legislation. All director' fees and payments are reviewed annually by the Board. The Board undertakes an annual review of its performance and the performance of the Board sub-committees against goals set at the start of the year. The Board also separately reviews the performance of the Managing Director annually.
